All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A brief explanation of the issue

🚚 Pickup & Refund Process

• We’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area)

• After product inspection, we’ll process:

  • A replacement

  • Or a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 days
